Accomplish all the requirements from National and International Authorities:

• Civil Responsibility Policy.
• Workers Risk Policy.
• Sanitary permission of Operation
• Commercial Patent of San Carlos ' City Hall.
• Certification of Adventure Tour Operator from the Costa Rican Institute of Tourism.
• ACCT Level 2 Certificate .

The Infrastructure counts with Emergency Sources such as:

• There is an individual rappelling mechanism next to the each platform, it allows the guides to take people down in any time.
• All the platforms are joined with trail paths that communicate each platform on the ground.
• The life line on the platform is connected to other source being independent from the platform.
• It has a system to avoid lightning or thunders.
• We use Steel Galvanized Cable of ½ inches, which is the recommendation for our standards.
• The trees are healthy and well checked for a biologist.
• Each client goes on the cable with double safety line connected to the pulley.
